There are 3 possible attitudes to another players or leagues. ALLIED, NEUTRAL and NO TREATY.

NO TREATY
1. Everything is allowed including attacks, scouting and conquering other cities,
i.e.its a status where anything can happen between two leagues or players and doesn't necessarily means that war occurs between them.

NEUTRAL TREATY
2.1. No scouting on treaty partners
2.2. No aggressional acts from any of both sides against each other
2.3. Aggressive acts allowed 12hrs after one side canceled the treaty ( 12hrs until it becomes a NO TREATY status)

ALLIANCE
3.1. No scouting on treaty partners
3.2. No aggressional acts from any of both sides against each other
3.3. Alliance members HAVE TO help each other when they are being attacked by a third party
3.4. Alliance members DON'T HAVE but MAY help each other when they initiated the war against a third party
3.5. If an ally attacks or is being attacked by some player or league that is in ALLIANCE to his allied partner, the ally partner may decide whether he gets involved in this war. By getting involved rule 3.6 still applies.
3.6. Aggressional acts allowed 24hrs after one side canceled the treaty ( 24hrs until it becomes a NO TREATY status)

BREAKING THE RULES
4.1. If rule 2.1 or 3.1 are broken, the player who was scouted may do a scouting himself on the initiator OR plunder him ONCE without any consequences to the treaty
4.2. If rule 2.2 or 3.2 are broken, the player who was attacked has the right to attack the attacker TWICE without any consequences to the treaty
4.3. Breaking any other of the mentioned rules leads to total war
4.4. If there can be find any other diplomatic solution to a problem not listened here it may be accepted by the league leaders during a 48hrs period after the incident

**ALLIANCE TREATY GUIDELINES**
1.1. No scouting on treaty partners
1.2. No aggressional acts from any of both sides against each other
1.3. Alliance members HAVE TO help each other when they are being attacked by a third party
1.4. Alliance members DON'T HAVE but MAY help each other when they initiated the war against a third party
1.5. If an ally attacks or is being attacked by some player or league that is in ALLIANCE to his allied partner, the ally partner may decide whether he gets involved in this war. By getting involved rule 3.6 still applies.
1.6. Aggressional acts allowed 24hrs after one side canceled the treaty ( 24hrs until it becomes a NO TREATY status)

**REFUGEES OF WAR**
1.1. GODZ will protect you, by taking you under their wing
1.2. Expect one to two more attacks once you have joined us, in previous experiences, if you have been getting plundered - your attacker may not have realized you changed clans.
1.3. Notify a Diplomat upon immediate arrival - so they can take the necessary means to prevent further attacks.
1.4. Do not be rude to your attackers, no such behavior is expected from our members - In hindsight you will be removed from GODZ if we determine this has taken place.
1.5 GODZ WILL NOT go to war for you, because you want revenge.
